So I was writing my leadership paper.
"…In as much as calmness, patience and tranquility are valuable qualities if one is to become excellent, there is also an inevitable tendency that these qualities veer off the side of excess and instead become the very hindrances that get in the way of attaining excellence. Too much calmness, too much patience, too much tranquility, could altogether lead to complacency, procrastination, apathy, inaction. Just like most things, one really cannot get away with too much of anything. Anything in excess tips the scales, and sends even the most skilled of acrobats falling off the tightrope."
I mean, wow! I’m surprised that gem came out of my ass at all!
